Standard Manipulator

The standard welding manipulator serves as a core auxiliary device in welding automation.

Overview

The Standard Manipulator is a commonly utilized auxiliary fixture within automated welding production lines. Featuring a standardized and modular design, it is primarily employed for the rotation, angular tilting, and positional adjustment of various workpieces. By orienting the workpiece weld seams into the optimal welding posture, it facilitates seamless integration with both robotic automated welding and manual welding operations. Characterized by high structural rigidity, smooth operation, and a wide load-bearing range, these manipulators are extensively applied across industries such as construction machinery, pressure vessels, and structural metal fabrication.

The Standard Manipulator series encompasses a range of mainstream models—including head-and-tailstock single-axis manipulators, dual-station traveling single-axis manipulators, single-axis horizontal turntables, and single-axis manipulators with pneumatic sliding tables. This diverse lineup addresses various process requirements, such as the rotational support of long workpieces, high-efficiency dual-station operations, the horizontal rotation of disc-shaped workpieces, and pneumatic linear-rotary movements. Furthermore, specific models can be flexibly selected and configured to suit the unique dimensions, weight, and welding process requirements of the workpiece at hand.
